I retained Ben’s legal services for my divorce after spending over $40,000 on legal fees on a previous attorney. I felt so taken advantage of by the law firm that charged me excessive amounts of money and got little to nothing accomplished … More in over a year and a half trying to get divorced. When I retained Aranda law, I immediately felt comfortable dealing with Ben and knew right away he was the man I needed to hire. He is the easiest guy to get a hold of and communicate with and is extremely knowledgeable about family law. I hired Ben for less than a quarter of what I spent on the other law firm and my divorce was finalized within 6 months and he got me the best deal possible. Most attorneys charge for every little thing they can charge for. Emails, phone calls, text messages, etc. Most attorneys spend more time typing up bills for every little minut detail that they can charge for rather than spending time to work on the case. I have found that Ben is very unorthodox when it comes to billing. He works hard and gets what he wants and charges very little for his superior services. My case required that he travel to southern Missouri multiple times and it drug out for over a year. Ben was flexible with me with respect to paying his fees as well rather than requiring all of the money up front in the form of a retainer. In the end, Ben met all of the goals I set as part of my initial consultation with him.

I had not only a child custody case but owned a house with my ex, so estate issues. I was not married but might as well been. Ben helped keep me calm and understood things I would bend on and not bend on. He communicated everything quickly with me. I usually got responses to emails within 24 hours, and if it was something complicated he would call. He was assertive with the other lawyer, and did not allow her to push things off. I have recommended him to friends and family. Hopefully I will not need his services in the future but if I do, he will be my first call.
